If there's one more reason to celebrate, it's Kolkata's new fun club, The Space Circle.

Housed in a four-storey complex, Space Circle boasts of a fully air-conditioned indoor arena of over 7000 sft especially for playing cricket, football, basketball and volleyball. Once you've worked out a sweat, there is a heated swimming pool to laze around in and a lap pool fitted with a jacuzzi. This too, is a first of its kind in Kolkata. Fitted with a converse current system that has been installed by Astral Sprint, Spain, it is ideal to train young swimmers to swim against the tide, which helps to increase the stamina if one wants to pursue swimming professionally.

For the sedentry, the leisure decks are the just the place to go to. There is a choice of chess, cards, a library, disco and a karaoke room. The virtual games arcade is a delight for children, with sophisticated games for different age groups.

If sunshine is what you dig, then head for the open air tennis or croquet courts and get that golden tan you've always secretly wanted.

But if you just want to unwind and chill out out with friends there is a championship four-lane bowling alley, a gymnasium and a tennis court.

No day is complete without refuelling. Space Circle recognizes this need and has a coffee shop, a multi-cuisine restaurant and a bar to cater to all tastes.

In true club style, Space Circle also plans 25 rooms where members can stay with their families or accommodate their guests.
